Guitars
Huss & Dalton Guitars have been made in the Shenandoah Valley in Staunton, Virginia for 25 years. Their guitars combine tradition with some innovative building techniques, all the while producing instruments of uncompromising quality and beauty. A small and dedicated team of highly skilled artisans create some of the finest guitars in the world.
Huss & Dalton instruments currently on hand include:
Statesboro SC Classic Custom (New, Electric) – A 2025 model, this one is finished in what we are calling a Sweet Tea Burst and features a Brazilian Rosewood fretboard. Pickups are Lindy Fralin Pure P.A.F Humbuckers. It is priced at $6,657 with HSC.
Meridian DC Custom (New, Electric) – Finished in Studebaker mint green, this is an instrument that was featured at the 2024 NAMM Show and that was prominent in Huss & Dalton advertising for 2024. Priced at $5,975 with HSC.
MJ Crossroads 14-Fret (New, Acoustic) – Redwood top, River Maple back and sides, abalone rosette, Ebony bridge, Ebony fretboards, Ebony binding with purfling on sides, Ebony bound fretboard with purfling, and Ebony bound peghead. Priced at $7,485 with HSC.
OM 14-Fret Custom (New, Acoustic) – Bear Claw Lutz Spruce top, African Blackwood back and sides, abalone rosette, Ebony bridge, Ebony fretboard, rosewood binding, slotted headstock. Priced at $10,635 with HSC.
00-SP 12-Fret Custom (New, Acoustic) – Slotted headstock, drop-in saddle, pyramid bridge, Walter Lipton vintage Sitka Spruce top, Indian Rosewood back and sides; Flamed Maple binding on body, neck, and headstock; and Waverly tuners. Priced at $8,598 with HSC.
L-13 Custom (New, Acoustic) – Sinker Mahogany back and sides, Sitka Spruce top, Rosewood bridge and fretboard, 13th fret neck joint. Priced at $6,572 with HSC.
TD-R Custom (New, Acoustic) – Bear Claw Lutz Spruce top, Wenge back and sides, vintage-style saddle, and all that dreadnought goodness. Priced at $6,365 with HSC.
TD-R Custom (Consignment, Acoustic) – Red Spruce top, Brazilian rosewood back and sides, vintage-style bridge, passive pickup installed. Priced at $9,800 with HSC.
Huss & Dalton Crossroads Deluxe
Price: $6,200
Brand new Huss & Dalton MJ Crossroads Deluxe with a gloss sunburst finish features flamed tiger maple back and sides with Sitka spruce top. The neck is also flame maple. Bright ivoroid binding and three-line purfling. This one is Serial Number 5947.

Huss & Dalton TD-R Custom

For this one we chose to take a Standard TD-R Traditional Series model and dress it up with 42 stylings. Abalone purfling around the top and fingerboard, abalone rosette, ivoroid binding around the neck and headstock, Traditional dreadnought made of sitka spruce with 25′ radiused Adirondack spruce bracing and Indian rosewood back and sides. A stunning guitar with an equally impressive voice that’s responsive to a light touch as well as aggressive flatpicking. The serial number is 5961.

We are easy to reach from both the San Antonio International Airport and from Downtown.
From Downtown
We are at 4330 McCullough, and McCullough goes all the way downtown. In the old days, it was one of the few routes out of down town that didn’t cross railroad tracks. (A big deal when you have a wagon – I’ve heard. Never experienced it.) The maps and driving directions will help alot. Easy to know when you’re getting close because we’re just past the traffic circle/fountain.
